I would highly recommend Unit 11 and have done so to many friends already! My F Type went in for a machine polish, ceramic coating, ppf fitted, interior protection and wheel refurbishment. My car already looked good when it went in for the work to be done, but looked 100 times better when the work had been completed. I am really pleased with the results. Special shout out for Vienna who was so helpful throughout the whole process.

Simple hassle free process from initial contact to completion. Needed a maintenance wash on my 911 996 before a wedding and Unit 11 came recommended. They opened early for me as I was needed to be away as soon as possible and the car was one to a very high standard on time.Vienna was very helpful during booking and also when I picked up the car. Needless to say it was the start of the show. Would recommend.

This 1968 Mustang arrived after a respray with heavy holograms and buffer trails visible throughout the finish. While the paint itself was new, the final stages of the process had left the surface looking anything but.

From my first visit the greeting was fantastic, all work explained any questions answered, nothing was to much bother. On dropping off my car a loan car was provided, wow, contacted with time and date to collect my car. On arrival car was in the workshop, Ash walked me through the PPF fitting, explained the maintenance needed to maintain the Ceramic coating applied to the PPF, all work carried out to the highest level. It must be said, I was concerned at having the PPF fitted to my Tesla, my one regret, it was not fitted on ownership day, this company is the best of the best explained.My thanks also go to Vienna, who makes a fantastic coffee, and was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My overall experience was above fantastic, all the team at unit 11 has my thanks.

Vienna helped me to get my car booked in and was very helpful with what they could offer, and supplied me with a loan car whilst it was in at no cost either. She also helped to get it in and out very quickly!When it came in Jon found that the ECU was a few months too old to have the burble map that I wanted so we “left it there” as any tuning would have been difficult. But I thought it was left, and Jon amazingly called me back and had been looking into in the background and found we could do a stage 1 which I was happy with.I picked it up this evening and the car is honestly so different now. The throttle is a lot more responsive and it accelerates a lot quicker now (more than expected). For reference, he managed to get almost a 60% increase of power compared to other tuners in the area.Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Unit 11 are unbelievably good at what they do, the staff are super knowledgeable and the team can tackle anything you can throw at them. They have been caring for my 350Z GT roadster's needs for over a year now. I had her fully serviced, lots of detailing, roof reproofed, alloys refurbished, deep clean inside, outside and engine and then 9 year ceramic coating. Last week went back for a maintenance wash to keep her in pristine shape. highly recommend for all your automotive needs.

Let’s be very clear… achieving this level of quality work takes DAYS, not hours!

This Mazda MX-5 arrived with heavy swirl marks, scratches, dull paint and years of defects hiding the true finish. The transformation you’re seeing wasn’t achieved with a quick wash and a bottle labelled “ceramic protection”. It was the result of meticulous paint correction, careful preparation and dedicated time.

There seems to be a growing trend of “full detail packages with ceramic protection” being advertised at bargain prices and completed in just a few hours. While these services may be convenient and appear good value on the surface, they simply cannot be compared to a professional correction and genuine ceramic coating service (NOT a product that’s no more than a glorified wax!)
