🔥 AUDI S5 3.0 TFSI — STAGE 1 🔥

This 2012 Audi S5 3.0 TFSI came into CogTune for a Stage 1 performance remap.

Already a seriously capable car from factory, but there was plenty more to unlock from the supercharged 3.0 TFSI. 👌

Stock: 333 BHP / 440 Nm
Stage 1: 400 BHP / 510 Nm
📈 +67 BHP / +70 Nm
The ECU was read and written using professional Alientech equipment, with both OBD and bench capabilities available in-house.

The result? More power, stronger torque and improved throttle response while retaining smooth everyday drivability. 🚗💨

This 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport TD4 arrived with the dreaded AdBlue countdown. The customer was understandably worried after seeing the "400 miles until no engine restart" warning.

Vauxhall Astra H VXR 2.0T
Lovely example of a VXR today. I was called out to diagnose a boost issue and limp mode. MAP sensor showing signs of failing as well as the boost control solenoid. The rocker cover gasket is leaking quite badly. Customer advised to replace the sensor, solenoid, gasket, one way valve and potentially the rocker cover as it does seem slightly warped.
