From 1 October, VAT on domestic
electricity falls to 0%.⚡

So we're asking the UK Government:
why should public EV charging be different?

Today only, we’re taking 20% off our app charging price to show you what life could be like.

If the UK Government cut the VAT, we’ll pass the
savings straight on to you.🙌

Stolen. Not broken. ⚠️

If you see a charger with a missing cable, it hasn't failed. It has been targeted by criminals.

Cable theft doesn't just damage infrastructure. It disrupts journeys, creates unnecessary stress and reduces charging availability for EV drivers across the UK.

If you have information about EV cable theft, report it to 0800 240 4242 and help keep drivers moving.

Don't let the thieves win. ⚠️

Picture this: you arrive at a charging station with very little power left in your EV, ready to top up in minutes and be back on your way. But alas, you find our superfast 360kW-capable chargers without cables. The charger isn't broken, the cables have been stolen. Cable theft is a growing problem that's affecting charge point operators and drivers across the country, leaving drivers vulnerable and derailing plans.

Thieves shouldn't get away with it. So we've launched Cable Watch, an initiative to help tackle cable theft and protect charging reliability. If you have any information that could help us catch these thieves, please report it at 0800 240 4242. Information leading to a conviction could reward you with one year of free charging on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway.

EV Cable theft. See it. Report it.

This campaign is supported by the National Infrastructure Crime Reduction Partnership.
