Arguably one of the most subtle yet recognisable liveries on the roads of the north east and far beyond.

Here we have the start of another batch of MAN TGX tractor unit paints and alteration works for Fergusons Transport, with the first 2 of 5 delivered back to MAN Gateshead.

Front end neatly lined out and painted with the addition of wheel chock holders and fireboxes fitted as per customer spec to the rear of the cab.

We can’t even begin to comprehend the number of these units that have passed through our doors over the years, but as always we are very grateful to Steve Abbott for the continued business with units supplied by Steve Maddison MAN Truck & Bus UK

Another excellent example of one of our heavy duty flatbed builds recently finished for Dane Architectural on the this MAN TGM.

Built with long term durability in mind, this particular project benefits from features such as:

- Extra heavy duty galvanised subframe and headboard framework, neatly finished with alloy infill and smooth cappings

- Flush finish 2.5T side shackles

- 21mm Wisa Trans flooring

- Bespoke full length under body ratcheting point and rope hooks for sheeting

- Twin large thermoplastic toolboxes with heavy duty support frames

- Removable fall arrest system with storage trays

- Rear body access ladder and Hi Viz handle

Neatly finished off by the paint shop in a gloss version of MAN chassis grey with contrasting Hi Visibility conspicuity tape and decals by Hoppers Signs, it’s sure to make an impression.

Not your average tipper this one!

Major repairs completed on this Scania tipper recently. Having had an unfortunate incident with a front loader in the port, it is now back doing what it does best, being loaded to the brim.

With all teams involved at varying stages, we have replaced the heavily damaged side panel, fitted a full new bottom end to the cab including battery tray and fabricated new body wheelarch sections, finished off with a fresh coat of paint.

No matter how big or small, we can repair, build and paint them all.

Structural repairs completed on this double deck trailer for Dawsons rentals this week.

After an unfortunate accident which peeled the side of this trailer open like a tin can, we replaced all damaged crossmembers and the side rave section on the swan neck area using oem parts where applicable.
The bottom end structure of the bulkhead was also straightened in situ before a fresh coat of paint was applied to all affected areas to complete a neat and tidy repair to this work horse.

Now our new van has had its first outing here’s the whole lot of them together!

The vans are our pride and joy. They’re how customers see us, notice us and sometimes remember us!

They’re put through their paces too daily.

We also added another little addition to the company fleet too! 👀
However this may be being put to the test more than the big ones 🫣

🏆1st Place!!🏆

Before all of the footage, our fab weekend at The Truck Show At Barnard Castle was rounded off with some fabulous awards!

Our brand new van (more on this soon) came 1st Place in the Best MAN!

This was against all the vans and wagons and was a very unexpected but welcomed award.

The van also was given a highly commended award in the Best Light Commercial 0-3 category. Again something we are very thankful to have received.

There’ll be more footage and content from our time at Barnard Castle and our new van coming soon but for now we had a fab time and thanks to everyone who came over to see us!

Just 2 days to go till we will be heading down for The Truck Show At Barnard Castle and the excitement is real!

We can’t wait to be back here this weekend, everyone loved it last year and we’re sure we’ll be saying the same things about this years.
