P*P (Personal Contract Purchase) is a popular way to finance a car because it gives you lower monthly payments and more flexibility at the end of the agreement.

Here’s how it works:
You pay an initial deposit, then fixed monthly payments over an agreed term. At the end, there’s a final optional payment (often called the balloon payment).

When the agreement finishes, you have three simple options:
✔ Pay the final amount and keep the car
✔ Hand the car back and walk away
✔ Part exchange it for another car and start again
