Just a quick update on yesterday's post, a lot of people have said to name and sham the company that quoted me the preposterous price of £1000 for a suspected puncture repair unfortunately I do not know the name of the company as I had called several companies in the area and had no answer and this was someone who called me back so I'm not sure which company it was but the company I did the repair was Hewitts tyres in Banbury so five stars to those guys for coming through for us and getting our man back on the road 👍

Midnight Call-out to the A1 Dunbar for last night 🫡 .. Stranded family of 4 back on the road to Dundee for 2am but that’s us just back home now (5:00am) , had to stop for a quick nap 😴 McDonald's Dunbar before trekking back to Galashiels, Won’t be starting at 8am today will Aim for 12pm Midday start ! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for anyone needing Roadside Assistance this morning !! 😞

F.UP.FRIDAY & we have another BMW trying to catch us out at 5:30pm on a Friday Evening just when everyone else has closed 🤔 Seems to be a reoccurring theme here with the Bavarian Motor Works Vehicles 😂🏁🫡 .. Anyway this post is purely to thank Scott’s Garage of Earlston Who rang us at 5pm to ask if we could assist a lady and her daughter who had just pulled up as they were closing asking for a tyre they would have normally needed to order in & replace a TPMS valve not typically held in stock in most garages, None the less we nipped across and sorted the job no stress, Tyre Size in Stock 👌 TPMS Valves Onboard always 🏆 Back in the Van for 6pm Happy as Larry 😂🏁🫡 Thanks again Ross for the Call-out.
