Customer wanted a replacement rear crossmember member due to signs of rust

Customer supplied us with the crossmember and we then went ahead and tackled the job

All welded on and undersealed with new nuts and bolts 👍

New fuel tank guard fitted 👍

Delivered back to the customer 👍

New clutch kit fitted and back on the road with a day turn around 👍

Saab9-5 2.4 petrol in for exhaust manifold gasket

Upon closer inspection we found one of the bolts had snapped in the head which caused the blow to happen in the first place

Stud removed 👍
New genuine studs fitted 👍
New gasket fitted 👍

All done and back on the road with a Happy customers

VW golf in for a major service all oils + filters +pre MOT inspection

Upon inspection we found both rear coil springs had snapped and all 4 shocks were blown ,1 seized caliper causing significant wear to one side and a split C.V. boot

All done and MOT’d with a clean advisory free pass 👍
