🚗🔧 A LITTLE GARAGE PSA! 🔧🚗

If you’ve wondered why things might be taking a tiny bit longer than usual around here… we promise we haven’t all disappeared on holiday! 😂

We had one mechanic off injured for 6 months (he's back now) and, because apparently that wasn’t enough drama for one garage, we now have another member of the team off injured for the foreseeable future! 🤦‍♂️😂

Which means there is currently ONE person in the office trying to answer the phone, deal with customers, sort paperwork, answer questions, organise jobs… and basically keep the wheels turning! 😂

So please bear with us — we really are doing our best! ❤️

⚠️ AND THEN THERE’S TOMORROW… ⚠️

Tomorrow the office will have NO ONE in it at all! 😱

Why? Because apparently someone thought turning a milestone birthday was more important than keeping the garage running! 🎂🥳😂

So if you’re trying to get through tomorrow, please be patient with us. Normal service will resume once the birthday celebrations, cake consumption and midlife crisis are under control! 😂🎉

Thanks for your patience and understanding — and remember…

We may be short-staffed, but we’re definitely not short on excuses! 🤣🔧

Well it has been some 6 months here at Smiths Garage and tomorrow we close for 2 weeks for a well deserved break.

We have been so busy and we can't thank our customers enough and those who were very understanding at the beginning of the year.

We have had a staff member off for a long period of time but they have now returned and we also have had a new member join our team, so we hope we can cut down our waiting times for appointments after our break, but we are already fully booked our first week back.

I would also like to remind everyone that we do prefer to be emailed or messaged as the office can be busy and lots of calls are missed but we will always get back to you if you message us. We hope you all have a great summer!!

We will be back open on Monday 20th of July.
