Our fully mobile service means we can travel to your vehicle wherever practical, saving you the hassle of getting your vehicle to a workshop.

Every vehicle is assessed individually. Corrosion can often extend beyond what is initially visible, so all work is estimated based on the condition of the vehicle and the work required.

We provide honest, professional workmanship and keep customers informed if additional repairs are discovered during the job.

Dodge Ram — Progress So Far 🔧 GLasgow based job

Not every day we get the chance to work on a Dodge Ram, so this one has been an interesting job!

Day 1: We arrived on site expecting to fit a few patches. Once we got a proper look at the vehicle, we discovered some shocking welding that had previously been carried out by another company.

The welding was simply not to a standard that we were prepared to put our name to.

Rather than just patch over someone else’s work and carry on, we made the decision to stop and start the job properly — at no extra cost to the customer.

We began grinding back all the pigeon-sh*t welding, cutting out the previous patches, removing every pinhole we could find and replacing everything with fresh 1.2mm steel plate.

This job was originally only meant to be a 3-day job, but because we have refused to cut corners, it has now turned into a return visit next week to complete everything to the standard it should have been done to in the first place.

Our opinion as a business is simple:

We can’t leave a job knowing we’ve put our name to work that isn’t right.

The last thing we want is for a customer to come back to us in 6 or 12 months needing repairs to something that should never have needed repaired in the first place.

Yes, it’s taken us longer. Yes, we’ve had to put more time into the job than originally planned.

But at the end of the day, our name is on the work — and we take pride in that.

We would rather do the job properly the first time, even if it costs us extra time, than take shortcuts just to get the job finished.
