With over 30 years of experience in fixing vehicles as the resident mechanic at Four Turnings Garage in Fowey, Ken has now opened Estuary Garage and he can help you with all of your car repair needs. Based in the Fowey area, simply phone him and he will arrange to either attend to your vehicle on-site, or take it away to fix at his workshop. Pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle at your chosen location is free of charge (in the Cornwall area) whilst he assesses what work your vehicle will require and no work will be undertaken until he has discussed the repairs with you at length beforehand.

Mind blowing car fact of the day - The first speeding ticket was issued for going 8 mph. In 1896, a British driver named Walter Arnold was caught doing four times the legal speed limit of 2 mph by a police officer who chased him down on a bicycle.

Okay Dave, you have earned you place! What would you like to add to the game garage?

Crikey, someone’s actually been playing our Mechanic Panic game this month! There may well be a new motor coming to the garage line-up dreckly! There’s still time to beat Dave’s score though if you fancy?!?

There's a lot going on in the media about AI and how it is doing naughty things behind the scenes and stealing peoples jobs and all that, so I have taken the bold decision to say categorically "I will not use AI when I fix your car!". I am officially now an AI-free garage! I promise.

Thank you lovely people for dropping some new reviews on Google for me! And all of you gave me five stars! It is very much appreciated. I promise to keep working at that 5-star level of service for you all. I’m lucky to have such wonderful customers.

🚨 A SMALL FAVOUR FROM KEN! 🚨
We’ve given the Estuary Garage website a proper overhaul—fresh design, clearer information and considerably less rust. Have a nose here:
Now, if you don't mind, I could do with your help giving our Google reviews a bit of a tune-up too.
If I’ve serviced, repaired, rescued—or simply persuaded—your car to behave nicely, would you mind leaving me an honest Google review? I say 'honest' but I mean 'good'. 😂
No need to write War and Peace. Something like “Ken fixed the funny noise and the wheels stayed on” will do nicely. 😂
⭐ Leave a review here:

Every review helps my little local garage enormously—and might stop me staring at this tablet with a panicked expression.
Cheers,
Ken 🔧🚗

If a mechanic falls over in the wind and there is no one there to hear it. Does he make a sound? Alas it seems only my fake niece Stacey has played the game this month and as she technically doesn’t exist, I’m not letting her pick a car out AGAIN! I’m still reeling from Greased Lightnin’ last time. So no winners to add to the Mechanic Panic garage this month. 🙈

Fun car fact of the day: a family car’s lifetime mileage (about 150,000 miles) is enough to make 7,500 supermarket runs to St Austell Asda and back!
