First service from new completed today on this Swift Exclusive Major 6 TD caravan.
Even on relatively new caravans, servicing is still extremely important to ensure everything is operating safely and correctly, while also maintaining manufacturer warranty requirements and service history.
During this service we identified:
⚠️ Gas regulator failed full load gas testing⚠️ Fridge not operating correctly on 12V with Error Code 12 / communication fault⚠️ Rear pelmet lighting above rear lockers not working
As part of the chassis service work, new AL-KO one-shot hub nuts were also fitted.
Many people assume newer caravans will be fault free, however we regularly identify gas, electrical and safety related defects during first and second year services. Routine servicing helps prevent faults developing further and ensures the caravan remains safe and compliant.
