Due to the continued rise in parts costs, fuel prices, supplier charges, and other economic factors affecting the motor trade, we would like to clarify our payment policy.

Unfortunately, Forfar Recovery Ltd is unable to offer payment plans, instalment arrangements, or delayed payments directly through the business. All recovery services, vehicle transport, repairs, servicing, and parts supplied must be paid for upon completion unless finance is arranged independently through Klarna, where available.

This decision has not been made lightly, but it is necessary to ensure we can continue providing a reliable, professional service while maintaining the standards our customers expect.

We appreciate the continued support of our customers and local community and thank you for your understanding.
