Astra VXR tuning. Vehicle has hybrid turbo along with forged engine and necessary bolt on parts. Car was demanding a huge amount of boost when it arrived causing overboost issues and no driveability. Stock map put on and then multiple revisions made till we were happy with the end result. A nice smooth power curve with consistent power. 👌🏻

A st200 eco boost engine with hybrid turbo, making over 300bhp on our dyno. 👌🏻

Almost finished with this turbo 1uz build, from base map to a safe 1bar tune running sequential fuel and trigger pickup from the 36-1 wheel using the mega sq**rt system 👍🏼, enjoy the noise!

Some brilliant cylinder head work coming out of our engineering department. 3 angle valve seats along with throated and polished exhaust ports. All blue printed matched to the manifolds. Valves reprofiled and more. BMW M3 e46.

Golf R 500 package we offer hybrid Venom 500 turbo, high and low pressure fuel pump upgrades, forge intercooler, downpipe and of course custom DSG and ECU maps. Comparison with the same vehicle on stock turbo and bolt ons.

Long time without any updates, apologies we have been working on some cracking vehicles recently. We’ll start off with this one which we finished with today. Not bad considering the high intake temps we were seeing on the dyno. Uprated charge cooler inbound and we’ll see better results top end 👌🏻

Our new custom machined valve cutting attachment to suit our Sunnen VGS-20 producing very clean cuts. Close up of the 3 angle valve seat cut shows the quality of the cut 👌🏻.
