So is it worth training in a manual car? IMO it's an obvious yes. When we will actually run out of fossil fuels is a finger in the air guess. It will happen but personally I don't think this will happen within my lifetime ( however I'm pretty old 😁). Obviously moving away from fossil fuels means automatic I'm afraid. Also learning in a manual gives you the best of both worlds allowing you to drive both. Will I move to automatic/ electric? Yeah possibly when I see the government is serious about their commitment to supporting electric drivers.

Doomsday scenarios about when the globe will run out of fossil fuels have been flowing since the 1950s, when Shell geologist M. King Hubbert created a mathematical model showing what would happen to United States domestic oil production in the coming years.

So so pleased with a great pass today from Dave. Such a pleasure to teach. It's not been the easiest of preparations for the test. We had a test originally booked earlier in the year, but we both felt Dave wasn't ready for the test so we delayed it for a short while. So proud of his commitment to all the extra lessons and having faith in my judgement. 👊

Advanced stop lines. An important traffic rule to be aware of. Shorncliffe Road J/W Beachborough Road is a good example of this.
