Another clean R33 Skyline in for health check over and diagnose not running 100% low rpm

After tracing a few wiring issues and carrying out repairs, the customer opted to upgrade to a Link ECU G4X Plug-In ECU, along with a Link 3-port boost solenoid and Link CAN Lambda setup.

We also repaired the existing IAT sensor wiring, allowing us to convert the setup to a MAF-less tune with the Link ECU

Onto the dyno, where this RB25-powered setup delivered a healthy 448 BHP and 512 Nm torque 💥

Running an RB25 direct-fit hybrid turbo, this thing is now super responsive and drives exactly how it should 🔥

Toyota Chaser JZX100 – Link ECU Upgrade & Dyno Tune 🔥

This show-ready JZX100 Chaser came in running an Apexi ECU, ready for a proper upgrade… so we took it to the next level 👇

Supplied & fitted Link plug-in ECU

Added combined oil pressure & oil temperature sensor via Link expansion loom

Integrated existing AEM wideband gauge into the ECU system

Maf already removed and IAT added

Installed launch control switch in centre console

Set up some proper fire-breathing launch control 🔥

Fitted Bosch knock sensors with wideband knock control

Finished off with a custom 3D printed ECU case by At 3D-Squared Ltd - 3D Printing Services & Advice

📈 On the dyno (Dyno Developments rollers):
Running a fairly laggy turbo setup, but with the Link ECU and added safety/control features, we were able to Gain stronger mid-range torque over the Apexi setup
Improve overall drivability Squeeze out more power at the same boost level

✅ Final result:
580 BHP / 660 Nm

If you’re still running older management like Apexi, it’s a massive upgrade moving to modern ECU control — more power, more safety, and way more features.

Nissan Silvia S14 for Link ECU

This clean S14 came to us for a management upgrade to unlock more from its SR20DET — and to future-proof it for a potential larger turbo setup.

We fitted a Walbro 255LPH fuel pump and a set of RB25 375cc injectors, with a solid intercooler setup already in place.
Next, we supplied and installed a Link G4X plug-in ECU, Link CAN Lambda, IAT sensor, and an AEM trigger wheel for precise control and reliability.

After mapping on the rollers, the car produced a healthy 300BHP and 421Nm — smooth, responsive, and ready for more power when the time comes 💪

British Supergrass Tom Boardmans Supergrass machine is running a Chevy LS3 V8 — not the usual twin bike engines

Following a camshaft swap, the car came in for FuelTech ECU mapping.
Dyno Session
• Initial pull (noticeable wheelspin) very rich
• After mapping adjustments: (lot wheel spin
• Later runs: ~ smoked the tyres instantly at 4k
Due to the car’s extremely lightweight setup combined with off-road tyres, roller traction became the limiting factor, especially beyond 4k rpm. So didnt do power run

Today’s primary objective was to:
Optimise fueling ,Ensure safe operation after the cam install not power runs .

The team may return with slick road tyres fitted for improved grip and a more accurate power reading.
