This Hilux work vehicle was run into by another driver, and was looking to be uneconomical to repair due to its age and mileage, but the owner did not want to lose his vehicle to the scrap yard so we worked our magic to help…

We handled all aspects of the claim whilst making sure our customer could still carry on with his work commitments, he was supplied a like for like pick up whilst his vehicle was off the road, with the accident repair and hire costs covered by the at fault insurance.

We repaired the accident damage with some Green second hand parts to save the vehicle from being dead.

Also whilst in with us it made sense to sort the underbody out, as it was not in a good way. This chassis was severely rusty and dirty, also requiring a fair bit of welding. We hot pressure cleaned the full underneath chassis etc on our pupose use outdoor vehicle lift then we could get cracking on. We then baked the vehicle dry, wire wheeled and needle filed the full underbody getting into all the crevices, then rust treated all corrosion.

We then fabricated & welded in all new panels where required, followed by a full underbody Black Dinitrol, Black Wax oil and Clear Cavity wax of all inner chassis rails.

Underbody protection work is worth its weight in gold if done properly. Anybody can spray on wax oils etc but if the preparation isn’t correct you may aswell flush your money down the toilet.

With our outdoor ramp setup this gives you peace of mind we dont just apply coatings over dirt, grease and grime. We follow all the best procedures followed by baking the vehicle dry in the spray oven to eliminate any moisture.

This unfortunate Motorhome was run into the rear end by another vehicle.
We sorted all aspects of the insurance claim to get everything back to tip top condition as soon as possible.

Cracked fibreglass rear panel repaired and painted, new drivers rear bumper and damaged parts replaced, plus a new motorcycle carry rack as it was bent.

Another one back on the road ready for its summer jollies 🌞😁.

This Audi RS3 came into us partly stripped out after a substantial front end accident with Engine, Chassis, Airbags, seatbelts and Suspension Damage with the front end completely destroyed and most parts missing.

Once we fully stripped down and got the engine out we got to work piecing together all the parts required for the body repairs and trying to identify all the other missing parts needed, like a game of cat and mouse.

We measured the chassis on our jig, straightened the driver’s chassis leg, replaced the passenger leg then painted up the full front end and all the second hand front end panels supplied by the owner.

Then it was the job to get rebuilding, and working out what was missing and what went where, this job is one if the most mind boggling jobs we have ever had.

But like always we worked as a team rattling our brains together, examining detailed parts and wiring diagrams and manufacturer repair methods to get this back on the road safe and mint.

And at last 💥💥💥

Fully Rebuilt, 4 Wheel aligned, Detailed, Valeted and Road tested 👌

Always nice to get a big job like this finished.

Recently completed this job on a old Citroen Berlingo Campervan. The oap couple from Whitehaven didn’t want to let go of it just yet, so we came to the rescue.

Full front end removed, and all new panels fabricated, then we got to work welding up the old girl. Then a full underbody clean up, treat rust, black dinitrol, black wax oil and chassis clear cavity wax.

New Camblelt kit, and luckily just in time as the old one was starting to let go, full service inc all new parts required, all ready for a clean 12 months mot.

She should now be good for many more years of camping life 😁🌞
