Meet the Team | Kris​

Kris is the newest member of the Raceways Motorcycles Sales Team – but no stranger to the industry with experience working at other Yamaha, Honda and BMW dealerships - He operates and maintains the most complicated sales tracking spreadsheet known to man! ​😅

With less time spent on the bike than he'd like these days, he often finds himself trading brake horsepower for 1 horsepower when helping his wife and daughters with their pony. His choice of any new Yamaha? An XSR900 in Midnight Black. 😈

📰 Hard-Earnt Podiums for McAMS Yamaha at Cadwell Park

McAMS Yamaha enjoyed a strong showing across the Bank Holiday weekend, as the eighth round of the 2026 British Superbike and British Supersport Championships kicked off at Cadwell Park.

The Bank Holiday weekend saw Brad Ray Racing and the team’s superbike effort ride to a double podium finish on Sunday, narrowly missing out on victory and contending at the front all weekend.

In the British Supersport Championship, home rider Harry Truelove Racing achieved a third podium finish of the year in the Sunday Sprint Race, while Ben Currie made a strong return to action as his recovery continues following injuries at Oulton Park in July.

✌️ Podiums to close out the Cadwell Park weekend.

Brad Ray Racing brought home two runner-up finishes on Bank Holiday Monday, rounding out a strong weekend in Lincolnshire with good sensations. We gave it everything until the chequered flag! 🏁

Weather played a part in today’s British Supersport Feature Race. Still working back from his injuries at Oulton Park, Ben Currie took the safe option, running a set of intermediate tyres on a drying track to bring home twelfth place. Proud of his relentless effort this weekend! ✊

Harry Truelove Racing’s tyre choice worked against him after the red flag restart, and he finished nineteenth. But that shouldn’t dampen the bigger picture - he fought hard at the front and was back on the podium for the third time this season in yesterday’s Sprint Race.

Taking the Positives from Sunday! 🍾

An exceptional ride from Harry Truelove Racing saw the Lincolnshire man take a third podium of the season in Race 1 at Cadwell Park. Top job hazza! 😃🥉

Ben’s return to race action was cut short after the chain slipped off the R9 over The Mountain, forcing him to pull aside. No faulting his efforts though - he was fast out of the blocks and running solidly in fifth before retirement.

British Superbike Championship Race 1 ended with heartbreak for the crew. Brad Ray Racing showed blistering speed in Superpole to claim pole position, but our hunt for race victory ended four laps in. The #28 rider was one of many to be caught out at Park - slipping off while fighting for the lead. We sit second on the grid for tomorrow’s Sprint Race. Hungrier than ever to come back stronger. 😈

Flying (literally) on Saturday at Cadwell Park! 🚀

Brad Ray Racing wasn’t messing around in today’s two Free Practice sessions - topping both timesheets and riding close to lap record pace with some impressive commitment! A 1:25.674 to end the day - and his fastest ever time clocked in Sector 2. We’ve had worse opening days! 🤌

In British Supersport, Harry Truelove Racing ended Saturday in eighth combined - making steady progress with more to come, while Ben Currie made his return to the R9 saddle just 4 weeks after his injuries at Oulton Park. The Aussie finished ninth overall.

Plenty more in the bank for tomorrow. Ending the day with a great feeling. 😎
