Flamborough Castle - although there’s not a lot of castle left.

What survives is part of a 14th-century fortified manor house built for the Constable family after Marmaduke Constable was granted a licence to crenellate in 1351. The remaining stonework is only a fragment of what once stood here, with the surrounding earthworks marking out a much larger medieval complex.

One of those places that’s easy to drive straight past without realising how much history is sitting in the field.
