The nearby children’s play area can be seen from the living room door and window so you can keep an eye on the children while you relax. The fitted kitchen has ample worktops and cupboards, a built-in gas oven, grill and hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster and kettle. The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, over the bed cupboards and bedside cabinets. There is ample drawer space and an electric wall mounted heater. A double quilt and pillows are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. There are also ceiling mounted electric heaters. The shower/bathroom comprises of a 3/4 bath with over bath shower, shower screen and ceramic hand basin, vanity unit and electric wall heater. There is a separate toilet room with ceramic hand basin.
