Just a few of the very varied jobs of the last few weeks. Including
Rotten stable door frame sections cut out and replaced with new steel work all cut and welded on site at a local farm.
Tack locker main steel door hinges fabricated and fitted on site at a local farm
2007 vw golf with various warning lights and scanning with MAF sensor injector faults. Traced to a worn through main wiring loom. All corroded sections cut out and replaced as required
2017 vw transporter with various issues including engine management light on, cooling fan running constantly, coolant warnings, temp sensor faults and auxiliary water pump fault. Again faults traced to corroded wiring on the lower wiring loom resulting in no readings from the coolant temperature sensor and no power to the secondary water pump. All corroded wiring replaced as required and vehicle back to full working order
Vw golf front engine alternator mounting replacement after the original failed causing the aux belt to snap and the engine to drop

Landrover discovery diagnostics finding a bunch of corroded wiring in the passenger footwell due to a bulkhead leak
Mercedes a200 headlight bulb upgrades to osram nightbreaker 💡
Ford transit step welding for an MOT pass
Vauxhall movano rear door central locking diagnostic and repair
Rear docking lights fitted to a 7.5t delivery wagon for clearer reversing on site
LED beacons fitted to the roof of a highways maintenance pick up
Auxiliary usb/cigarette lighter charging points to the rear tub of a Nissan pick up for charging lights and running a 12v cool box
Auxiliary socket replacement in a ford focus
Water pump replacement to a 2016 elddis caravan
Kitchen light fault in a 2009 motorhome caused by salt stored in a cupboard spilled and corroding the wiring to the light below
Motorhome kitchen mixer tap cartridge replacement
