Peugeot boxter 2.0 2016 with ad blue issues
Vehicle was constantly in and out of limp mode so the owner made a smart decision to delete it from the system.
During the process the customer got a stage 1 remap also for the low cost of an additional £30.

A well know DPF problem with these cars and the customer asked if we could do the physical gutting, DPF delete coding and a stage 1 remap.
Of course we can 😊🤷‍♂️…
All for the low cost of £300.
The whole job took no more than 3 hours and they had there car returned with no engine light, no limp mode , just pure power and satisfaction ☺️☺️☺️

BMW X3 2.0 diesel N47 engine
Customer said that they was constantly getting thrown into limp mode.
After a diognostic we diognosed the it was due to the EGR valve.
We blanked the EGR valve and recoded the ECU to remove the codes and the EGR from the system.
During the process the customer also asked how much a stage 1 remap was.
They was shocked how low the price was and immediately asked to have it staged 1 as well.
EGR coding and a stage 1 remap for the low cost of £200 ☺️

VW amarok

The vehicle had been took back into Volkswagen for to have some work done and while it was there they suddenly decided to do a unnecessary software update.

Car come out of the dealership smoking heavily and had lost its stage 1

We had to re code the ECU to remove the heavy smoking and rewrite and stage 1 map

Big gains no smoke 💨

2011 ford Kuga with blocked DPF , multiple garages had tried a forced registration and cleaning solutions and it did not work. Which had cost the customer around 2-3 hundred altogether,
There was two options left which was to replace the DPF which would have cost over £1000.
Or remove the DPF and code it out the system, which is what we done , this cost the customer £80 to remove the DPF and £90 for coding.

Very happy and they have saved well over a £1000.

Vauxhall vivaro and BMW x3 both came in for a stage 1 remap.
Very happy customer and was over the moon with his power gains and improved throttle response.

2014 Audi A3 1.6 TDI

Came in with a boost problem and a blocked DPF.

Codes p0047 indicated there was a turbocharger boost problem. After reading the live data and examining the car we found it to be the pressure sensor for the turbo. Replaced the sensor and cleared the code and it didn’t come back.
Next step was to read the live data and look at the soot content for the DPF.
DPF was overloaded and a static and driving regeneration wasn’t enough to bring it back to life.
The customer had two choices
1- replace the DPF which would have cost between 1-2 thousand pound
2- gut the DPF and code it from the system which is around a 8 hour book time job for this vehicle, this only cost the customer £400 and he will never had a problem with his DPF again.

The customer was super satisfied with the quality of work and knowledge from our team and decided to also have a stage 1 remap which cost him £160.
