So today marks 26 years since I officially started Free-Flow 😁 and yeah there has been many ups and downs along the way with the business functioning in many different capacities over those years from being full time to hardly open when I was working away to what we have now which is more or less part time.

We also had a change of name around 2005/6 when our business model changed to doing pretty much any jobs on vehicles hence the Complete Auto Solutions name, now a days though it’s predominantly back to focusing on Custom Stainless Steel Exhausts and Exhaust repairs so it’s for this reason I’ve decided to go OG and rebrand back to Free-Flow Exhausts 🤪🤪🤪

Same person, same unit, same work just back to the name I pretty much started with so that’s the only change 👊🏻

So due to the increasing amount of customers booking and not showing as a small business I have no option but to start taking deposits 🤷🤷 now currently I take a small deposit for booked jobs that I have to buy in boxes and tips for but starting now any booking will be subject to a small non refundable deposit 👍🏻

I understand things happen, get a cheaper price etc etc but do the decent thing and let the company your booked with know so they can fill the spot with a customer who actually wants a job done, don’t be an arse!!!

Rant over after 3 no shows today 🤬

Thankfully I’ve got enough sitting to get on with 🤪

Into February already and it’s still busy busy here at CAS, we had this lovely Fiesta ST in for what I call a ‘Marmite Mod’ lol either love it or hate it. Customer asked for a J*p Style Angled rear silencer and it’s just what he got and tbh it looked good and sounded even better so away he went very happy 👊🏻👊🏻

Next a good customer Ben dropped off his 335D for a resonator and rear silencers delete with some shines new tips, having already got a Downpipe fitted this made it straight through and he’ll yeah it sounded good, it’s amazing just how good Dirty Diesel’s can sound these days 😁😁😁

Also in this weekend we had the usual Flexi replacements 🫣🫣

So the busy month continues here at CAS with a good selection of jobs done and more booked in 👊🏻👊🏻 from a Sh**un for a DPF delete and side exit, BMW 2 series for a rear silencer delete, MK4 Golf Tdi for a 3” Turbo back ( big power ) GPF polos, 1 for a Res Delete and the other a 2.5” straight through to finally a couple of flexi replacements 👍🏻👍🏻

So 1st day back today and we had an S1 in for a Double Res Delete, these wee cars sound the bizz with this sensibility priced mod, customer away cheesin 😁😁😁

Next was a BMW 330E Hybrid for a rear silencer delete using already installed tips and customer wanting to keep the valve in case it’s too loud so we can fit a silencer to the N/S pipe if required 😁😁

A couple of jobs in tomorrow and the book is looking pretty full for January already 🙏🙏

So as we get to the End of 2024 I’d just like to take this opportunity to Thank All my Customers and Suppliers for their continued business and support, trust me it very very much appreciated 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 and All the Best for 2025 🙏

This has been a great year here at CAS, looking back 2022/2023 wasn’t the best years due to business naivety by myself but starting 2024 I returned to doing more social media posts regarding the work we carry out and it proved to be successful so that’s something that will get continue into 2025 along with improving those posts 🙏

Like I previously said we’ve had a lot of returning customers especially Sons/Daughters etc of Previous Free-Flow customers from back in the day along with loads of new ones which like I said is appreciated here at CAS, we always do our best to keep everyone happy and give them what they want within reason 🤪🤪

So what does 2025 bring, well it’s going to be a very busy start as the diary is already filling up with exhaust work but on top of that we have 4-5 cars getting some pretty extensive changes inc Air Ride, Audio Builds, full make overs etc etc all to be easy for the start of March for the start of Show Season, 1 is my very own Tiguan which isn’t getting a great deal of stuff but the changes will be noticeable 😉😉 3 are customers cars which once Complete will certainly turn head, especially the one that’s hopefully getting unveiled at a European Show in March ( no pressure lol ) another will be getting shown along side the Tiguan at Ultimate Dubs 2025 and the third I’m sure will get good coverage once it’s had the bodywork all done 👌👌

The 5th car well that’s a bit special, That car is owned by one of my best mates of nearly 30 years and hopefully that will be ready for the start of April to head to some shows throughout the UK,that car also brings me on to my last bit of news 😛😛 The car in question is non other than Davie Boyle’s 306 GTi6 which will be branded up and bringing back by popular demand the Free-Flow name so Sunstrips etc will be in stock Mid January for anyone wanting to re-live the late 90’s to Early 00’s 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 25 years and still going ❤️❤️ anyone with any pics please feel free to share 🙏

So as we come to the last day of 2024 here’s the last jobs all done and out the door 😁😁

First we had a Mk7 Fiesta ST for a 3” Angled Back Box with 4” J*p Style Tip to give the customer a bit of a better exhaust note and the look he wanted, he has a decatted system on the car but the Back Box was huge 🤦🏼‍♂️

Next was a common one here at CAS, an M140i in for a Double Res Delete which if you know you know just how awesome these sound with this relatively cheap mod 🤪🤪 another customer away Happy Happy.

We also had a Mk8 Fiesta ST in for what we think is going to become a very common issue if not already, burst flexi 😩😩 coroner was quite silly money to replace/repair but we got the job done and a new Stainless Steel Flexi fitted ( no pics 🤦🏼‍♂️ )

Anyway doors shut until Saturday 4th 👊🏻

So a first for CAS/Free-Flow in our 25 years plus of doing this 😲😲 so Franklin had an idea that he ran past me and it was possible to do although I would defo call it a Marmite Mod lol

He wanted a straight through exhaust for his BMW 118 but wanted 3 tips out of the centre of the diffuser, yip you read right 3 tips 🤔 ( I’ve done 3 tips out both sides of a Corsa before but that came out of a silencer so didn’t have to merge them ) so in the car came and …………………. Well tbh I think it looks really really good and not out of place, he still has to do something with the diffuser to cover the original holes but I’ve left that to him 👊🏻👊🏻

So car sounded really good and not overly loud but from the second he saw it he didn’t stop smiling so fair to say he was a very happy customer 😁😁 like I say some will love it and some hate it but fair play to him for acting on his idea 👌🏻👌🏻
