Sick days, injuries, holidays
Providing years of experience and knowledge.
Working through mental and physical barrier's to provide customer satisfaction

Then all the unbillable hours like
Secretarial hours (like re sending invoices, planning ordering, costings)
Quoting

Computer cost
Electricity
Broadband
Mobile phone

All of the above is factored into every quote not just the time on the job.
Costs us self-employed money and time to provide quotes then time to book them in, labour and fuel to get materials and to the job etc.

So there's alot that goes into a quote and no 2 businesses have the same overheads everyone is different.
