What a month! 🙌

July has been another incredible month for us at LA Valets working on an amazing variety of vehicles from everyday pride and joys to some truly special machines. Every vehicle receives the same level of care, attention & passion. We’re incredibly grateful to every customer who continues to trust us with their cars.

This month has also been a huge one behind the scenes…

After listening to customer feedback, we’ve spent months discussing how to improve our maintenance plans. Originally, we considered moving everyone onto one new package but after a lot of thought we decided that wasn’t the right approach.

Instead, we’ve introduced two maintenance plans:

✅ Essential – everything you need to keep your vehicle maintained to the highest standard.

⭐ Prestige – our premium package with added protection, exclusive benefits and even greater value for those wanting the very best.

This gives every customer the choice of the package that suits them best, rather than forcing everyone into one option. See photo 2 for the benefits of each plan 😅

The response has honestly blown us away… over 40% of our existing maintenance customers have already upgraded to the Prestige Plan! 🤯 Thank you so much for the support and trust. It means a lot.

We’re incredibly excited to see where these new plans take LA Valets over the coming months.

5 years.

5 years ago I started LA Valets with nothing more than a passion for cars and a determination to build something of my own.

My sister had recently started her own business and it inspired me to do the same. At the time, I never imagined it would grow into what it is today, eventually becoming bigger than the job I was doing alongside it.

What started as a hobby has grown into something I could only have dreamed of when I first started. Over the last 5 years I’ve had the privilege of working on everything from daily drivers to some incredible supercars, meeting amazing customers, building a business that I’m genuinely proud of and making friendships with some amazing people along the way.

There have been early mornings, late nights, long days, 100 hour weeks, setbacks, lessons learned and plenty of graft along the way but thanks to the support of my customers, friends and family, we’re now heading into year 6 stronger than ever.

As a thank you, I’m dropping a super anniversary offer:

✔ Single Stage Machine Polish
✔ 3 Year Ceramic Coating
✔ Wheels & Glass Coating

£400 for small and medium-sized vehicles
Large SUVs and commercial vehicles from £500

£50 deposit required, with the remaining balance payable the day after the service.

This package is usually around £750, making it one of the best value services I’ve ever offered.

We actually celebrated 5 years a few months ago, but it’s been non-stop lately and I never got around to posting this. Despite that, I’ve already had customers booking in for this anniversary offer.

Bookings secured within the next 2 weeks will be scheduled from mid-July onwards.

To everyone who has trusted me with their vehicle over the last 5 years - thank you. Whether you’ve been with me since day one or only recently discovered us, your support means everything.

The van’s just had its graphics done and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out. I was conflicted between a half, full or panel wrap and stuck to my gut on just having the in panel infills wrapped.

done the design for the caddy wrap & now the custom. It only took George to come up with a fresh design, in LAV slang “naughty” and to bring it to life. Over the moon with the finish. Doodle also stripped the front stripes and replaced them with fresh ones given they’d been on the van for 8 years 😃🤝

Big shoutout to Matt and the team at Doodle Signs. smashed it as always. Quality work, super affordable and proper attention to detail. Second time using these guys, top of their game.

Now it’s time to lock it all in with a ceramic coating to keep it looking fresh on the road every day 💎
