One of the biggest issues that really irritates me in this industry is the lack of care and honesty, a customer brought her little Ford Fiesta to me today for a service and check over, the last two services that were carried out were supposedly full services, this included a brake fluid change two years running 🤔, on inspection I found the cabin filter to have never been changed, still had an original Ford filter in it and was covered in mould and was filthy, Brake fluid had high water content and clearly wasn’t new, the coolant cap had also been broken and there was evidence that they had tried to glue it back together rather than just replace it. So that does make you think what else they hadn’t bothered to do other than overcharge a vulnerable customer for doing naff all, I won’t name and shame but I will say please be careful with who you choose to service your car, not even large well known companies can be trusted. In fact I go as far to say they are the worst.
