Purpose-Built for Seamless Operations ⚓

Designed to support every stage of a yacht's build, our 150m covered dry dock provides the controlled environment needed for construction, outfitting and launch preparation.

What makes it unique? It can be divided into two independent 75m sections, allowing one yacht to be floated out for launch while work continues uninterrupted on another project in the inner dock. It's a smarter way to maximise efficiency while keeping every project on schedule.

Congratulations to our 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice, Lewis, on an incredible achievement at the 2026 Shining Star Awards.

Lewis was recognised with the Apprentice Star Award for Electrical before going on to win the Overall Apprentice of the Year Star Award at the ceremony, held at Newquay's Hotel on 24th June.

A fantastic recognition of Lewis's hard work, dedication, and talent.

🏏 A fantastic afternoon at the Pendennis Staff Cricket match!

It was great to see so many employees, family members and colleagues come together at Falmouth Cricket Club for an afternoon of friendly competition, teamwork, and support from the sidelines.

Thank you to everyone who played, cheered on the teams and helped make the event such a success, and to Falmouth Cricket Club for hosting us and providing the BBQ. It was also brilliant to welcome colleagues from Cockwells to join in the fun.

Reviving Malahne: The Art of Restoring a 1937 Icon

The 50m classic motor yacht Malahne was relaunched in 2015 following a meticulous 30-month restoration at Pendennis. Originally designed by Charles E Nicholson and built in 1937, she is one of the few surviving pre-war motor yachts.

Her restoration is widely regarded as one of the most ambitious ever undertaken. While her original elegance was faithfully reinstated, she was also modernised to meet Lloyd’s Register standards and comply with the MCA Large Yacht Code (LY2).

Malahne went on to win the Best Rebuilt Yacht Award at the 2016 BOAT International World Superyacht Awards, a testament to the balance of heritage and modern engineering. Read more about Malahne by visiting the case studies section of the Pendennis website: https://loom.ly/44MQY7A

Superyacht Support Across the Globe

We provide a dedicated after sales and yacht support service that offers a comprehensive, worldwide technical and logistical support network.

The same highly skilled craftspeople who build and refit our yachts are also available to travel the world, meaning they can be on-hand whenever - and wherever - you need their support.

As an example, we have supported SY Hemisphere all over the world since her launch in 2011, including in Malaysia for her special survey in 2016, in Tahiti for specialist electrical support, and in New Zealand for her ten-year survey in 2021. She returned to Pendennis for a refit in 2022 and has since visited our Mediterranean facility Pendennis Vilanova (captured here) to make use of the facilities ahead of a busy med season.
