Well 5 years we’ve tried being nice and trusting people and this year so far is rediculous. People booking in and then right at the last minute cancelling appointments leaving us out of pocket,
NO TOWBARS are stocked so they are ordered and paid for for each job. 3 people have cancelled without even 24hours notice. From now on everyone pays a deposit of £150 and if you cancel on me within 72hours of your appointment I’ll be keeping £75 for postage and restocking which is what it costs me each time someone does this. Don’t like it go somewhere else. Totally fed up with people thinking it’s acceptable to cancel a pre-booked appointment with no notice at all! I’ll also start handing your names to other fitters in the area letting them know your a messer and not to serve you

Very rarely do I laugh when taking a customers bumper off their car. Normally it’s a serious moment of 100% concentration. Today as I pulled the bumper to release it I caught a glimpse of something behind it! Well Thats definitely a new one for me so far 😂😂😂

Friday was spent adding blue lights to the front of bumblebees Japanese cousin “flumblewee” hell of a motor and thoroughly enjoy working on this one off vehicle.
Today we added a light bar and numberplate mount to the front of a transit custom, to come on with main beams for worzel’s roofing,
