Garage 13

Due to unforeseen circumstances through 2021 we have had to close our doors as a publicly open Garage. Don’t worry however! We have expanded to new locations and we will still supply new and used JDM parts etc! We can also rent workshop space and tools at a variety of locations around Norfolk for hour or day hire so you can have the space to work on your own projects. We have some big plans for 2022 along with our brand new price lists for workshop and ramp hire etc, Along side our personal automotive blogs/vlogs!

Garage 13s page will now be focusing more on the automotive blog side of things. We’ve worked on some amazing Cars over the years from Ferrari’s to your classic JDM nuggets and even french things with hydraulics... So we thought, why not document some of the things we get ourselves up too.

Car has 180,000km (110k miles)

Mot untill end of may 2022

Body: ss3 lip kit, not sure on the side skirts.

Wheels are xxr 527's wrapped in Yokohama ado8r's.

Engine: Had a full refresh a couple years back with all new gaskets, skimmed head
wossner forged pistons and arp head studs.

New alternator

Recent service with Titan race oil with Toyota filters and new k and n filter.

New alternator belt, power steering belt and timing belt and water pump.

Gearbox. New oil this year

Suspension: brand new BC racing coilovers and brand new super strut set up. So banana arms, figure 8s, all new.

Poly bushes banana arms

Stainless steel alignment tubes

Poly bushed front and rear anti roll bar bushes
Braided lines etc

Interior: full recaro factory interior with confetti recaros (really rare)
Overall condition on the car is good. Interior has some ware and tear and could do with a re trim on the seats.

The rear subframe has some surface rust but that’s all it is.

This is a short write up as I’m in two minds to let it go. I’m more than happy to have a good chat with anyone interested and go into full detail on the car.
I have hundreds of photos of the GT4 so can provide videos and photos of every part of the car. Also have walk around videos etc.

2003 Lexus IS 200 · Sedan · Driven 180,000 kilometres

2003 Lexus is200 manual in silver

It recently had a new mot, think it’s 10/11 months left
180k cambelt was last done at 120k and there’s not a lot of service history with the car unfortunately
it’s had two new sills and has a cracked rear light (I’m 90% sure we have the new one somewhere)
New brakes all around etc, the guy who fitted them put the clips backwards so it squeaks sometimes but I’ll sort that before it goes.
Engine light is on due to 02 sensor, it’s got the original cats on it but the sensors faulty, I could clear it but it would come on one time in the week so doesn’t bother us that much, obviously you can code read the car etc if your interested before a sale to be certain.

Apart from that it runs and drives spot on and the air con is bang on too, we got it to get out of a muddle and maybe skid down the line but change on plans now!

I’ll get some more photos asap but interior is mint, outsides ok condition.

We don’t just do cars/vans!

We had this lovely Yamaha Raptor 660r come into us needing a few bits so the owner could enjoy it!

Fitted a new carburettor and set up, new clutch cable, reverse selector bracing plate and new support, and a new headlight. We also re wired the rear loom due to corrosion making the wires extremely brittle.

Safe to say this quad is a absolute animal, the owner should be able to enjoy these sunny days coming up now!

BMW 335ci twin turbo in for the following:

New OEM oil filter housing gaskets, the one to the block was horrendous. We also replaced the gasket on the oil cooler line side. New o rings for the oil cooler pipes. We also found the coolant hose fitting had completely perished over time so that was also replaced with a new uprated part.
This completely eliminated that horrible common oil leak from the N54 motors.

The 335 then had:

Brand new Delphi coil packs.

Full service, including coolant flush and new plugs.

MHD flasher stage 2+ map with launch control. 98 Ron

300bhp to 420bhp

400nm to 650nm

Good results that absolutely transformed the car!

A nice easy one to finish this wet and windy day off!

Matts ep3 type R came in with a knock going into reverse. We found that both front and rear engine mounts had excessive play, this caused the engine to rotate to the point the exhaust would touch onto the underneath of the car when under load.

Two power flex engine mount bushings and gearbox one later, problem solved! As a added bonus it’ll help a little with “wheel hop” under heavy acceleration!

What a difference it’s made too!

A nice little in and out job getting the car done in no time!
