N55 valve stem seals aren't for the faint hearted 👀

We had this stunning 135i in recently for an oil smoke issue, after finding initially the turbo to have excessive play on the impeller shaft, we proceeded to replace it with a Pure Turbos Pure500 for a bit more power 🔥
Unfortunately this helped with the oil smoke slightly but it still produced smoke, after digging further we found the exhaust stem seals to be worn out causing the smoke.

Whilst carrying out the repair we also sorted the lack of PCV vacuum and the customer went ahead with a timing chain replacement just incase.

With these engines they also require specialist tooling to align the exhaust camshaft, if you need this sorting we can help, so make sure you get in contact 📞

Even more hondas! This time a powerful K24 EP2 👀

We know these very well after setting up quite a few but we still tailor each setup and this was no different. This one required a slightly different way to adjust the camber to set it where we needed, but we managed to get it exactly where this customer needed it and they have reported that it has transformed the car!

Back to the hondas once more 🇯🇵🇯🇵

We had this stunning DC5 in that was recently imported, and you can certainly tell! Most UK cars suffer with the standard rust but anything from Japan we have found to be in immaculate condition whatever the age of vehicle. This was no exception as the underside looked like it had just rolled off the production line!

We helped dial the car in with one of our fast road alignments and the customer has reported it feels 10 times better than before!

Everybody loves a white chaser..... 👀

We had the pleasure of sorting a few bits on this stunning white manual toyota chaser from what started as an alignment but turned into multiple repairs after things had been identified on our free vehicle health check.

This included new Nankang Tyre rear tyres, complete brake overhaul with refurbished powder coated calipers topped off with PBS Brakes | Track & Race Brakes pro track pads. Once the additional repair work we finished the car off with a fast road alignment trying to pull out the excessive camber the car had previously. Now the car drives as good as it sounds!

We look forward to seeing it back in the future for more upgrades

Another day another stunning honda 🇯🇵🇯🇵

But this time we had this lovely DC5 Type R of Owen in for alignment, corner weighting and bump steer check. The car already had a previous setup but after a trip to the ring the alignment unfortunately moved. After discussing with the customer, we decided to go more aggressive on the alignment focusing far more on track use than road use.

After maximising the corner weighting and alignment we checked the bump steer and found brilliant results already for toe but found the camber to move a fair amount under compression and rebound. We look forward to sorting this in the future and re-evaluating the results.

More Japanese cars in the door but not a Honda this time! 🇯🇵🇯🇵

We had this stunning RX8 R3 in for TEIN UK LTD coilovers as well as reworking a true 3" Racing Beat Exhaust System to fit correctly and replacement silencers 🔥

These RX8's are definitely a rare car now considering what essentially is the series 2 version only having the R3 released on a limited production run in the UK. Majority of the panels and suspension is different between the series, so unfortunately most bits need a bit of alteration to make it fit.

Once everything was on we tried our best to get the best possible alignment that gave the owner good feedback through the steering even being as low as this!

Two podiums, 1 - 2 finish and fastest laps, what more could you ask for from these cars?! 🏆🏆

A few weekends ago these took both top steps on both days, with the fastest lap being shared on Saturday for Chris and Neil on Sunday! What almost turned into a race between themselves both days, a bit of oil from a backmarker caused chaos and a puncture for Chris on Sunday resulting in a DNF sadly, but this allowed Neil to take the top step instead!

Classic stock hatch is a highly competitive bumper to bumper series, so having two cars winning always shows the level we aim for to find the best optimisations.

MK3 Focus RS's do look amazing when they look like this!

We had in for a fast road alignment prior to a trip to the ring, we found a few improvements to help with tyre wear but maintaining performance as this stunning example is used daily as well as track use!
