As the Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. If you have a strong mechanical background and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians
- Assigning work orders and prioritising tasks to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Handling customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive or related industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
