Our Luxury Graded Holiday Home offers all the luxury you need for a fantastic holiday at Devon Cliffs. There is double glazing and central heating throughout, a 40" TV with inbuilt DVD player, plus integrated bluetooth speakers and USB charging points in the living room. There is a 19" TV in the master bedroom too. The holiday home boasts three bedrooms - one generous double and two twin bedrooms, plus a metal action double sofa bed in the living room. Guests should provide their own bed linen and towels, however, duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds, including the sofa bed. There are two bathrooms - the master ensuite cloakroom and the family shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including full height fridge freezer, microwave and double oven with gas hob.

Externally the property features a superb wraparound veranda with stunning views of the bay and coastline towards Budleigh Salterton. The holiday home has an open grassed outlook to the front and parking is available close by. The holiday home is situated approx.10 minutes leisurely walk from both the beach and the main complex.

Please note we are unable to accept pets at the property, and smoking is not allowed at our holiday home. Prices exclude entertainment passes, but our charges are significantly lower than booking with Haven directly! Requests, questions and booking enquiries should be directed to [email protected]
