Another motorhome brought back to life! 🚐✨

This one came in with some pretty nasty damage to the rear end and bumper. As many of you know, most motorhomes are built using fibreglass panels, which can make repairs especially challenging. Unlike metal, fibreglass requires precise reshaping, layering, and curing to restore both strength and appearance. If it’s not done properly, cracks can reappear, panels can weaken, and the finish won’t match the original.

That’s where our expertise comes in.

Our team specialises in motorhome and caravan repairs, with the skills and experience needed to handle even the most complex fibreglass work. From structural restoration to a seamless paint finish, we take pride in getting it right the first time.

Another one out the door and we couldn’t be happier with how this turned out 👌

This one came in for repair and repaint, and the colour… not your average job. This was a 3 stage pearl, which for those who don’t know, is one of the hardest finishes to get right first time in the paint world.

Why is it so tricky? Unlike standard solid or metallic paints, a 3 stage pearl involves:
➡️ A base coat (the main colour)
➡️ A pearl mid coat (this is what gives it that depth and colour shift in different lighting)
➡️ A clear coat to lock it all in and give that deep gloss finish

The challenge is in that mid coat pearl layer the final colour depends on how evenly and consistently it’s applied. Too much or too little, or even slight inconsistencies in spray technique, can completely change how the colour looks from panel to panel. Lighting, angles, and even overlap all play a huge role… it’s a job that takes real skill and patience.

But our sprayer absolutely smashed it out the park first time 🎯Colour match is spot on, finish is flawless, and it flows perfectly across the panels.

We don’t rush jobs here. We take our time, trust our process, and make sure every vehicle leaves us to a standard we’re proud of because that’s what our customers deserve.

What a few weeks it’s been for us… and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful 🙌

After the Easter break, we came back to something that truly means the world to a small business like ours some amazing customer reviews. Taking the time to share your experiences and kind words really does make all the hard work worthwhile, so thank you ❤️

Our workshop right now is exactly how we always hoped it would be full of repairs, a fantastic team, and plenty of laughter along the way. We’ve built something special together, and it shows in everything we do day to day.

We’re proud to be a small, honest body repair shop that always puts the customer first. If something can be polished out, we’ll polish it. If a repair isn’t needed, we’ll tell you.
