EVER WONDERED WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE OUR SPRAY BOOTH? 👀

It’s not just a big room where Cameron gets to play with the spray gun! 😂🎨

Our spray booth actually plays a HUGE part in getting that lovely smooth, glossy finish you see when your vehicle leaves Tiger Body Repairs.

Once the paint and clear coat have been applied, the booth provides a clean, controlled environment where the coating can properly cure. The controlled temperature, airflow and filtration all help the paint set correctly while reducing the chance of dust and contamination getting into that fresh finish.

And this is where a little patience comes in… ⏰

Fresh automotive paint needs the correct curing process. Rushing it can leave the finish softer and more vulnerable to marks or damage, so giving each stage the time it needs helps create a harder, more durable and longer lasting finish.

So when your car looks like it’s just sitting inside our booth doing absolutely nothing…

It’s actually having a little spa session!! 🧖‍♂️

Our spray booth is one of the most important pieces of equipment in our workshop and being a large booth means we can accommodate everything from everyday cars to much larger vehicles too! 🙌

We recently had this vehicle in with us for a repair, and while it was in the workshop, we noticed the bumpers were looking a little faded and discoloured.

It wasn’t part of the original repair, but we thought… while it’s here, why not give them a little freshen up?

So that’s exactly what we did! A bit of extra TLC and the bumpers are now back to black and looking as they should again at absolutely no extra charge to the customer.

Here at Tiger Body Repairs, we like to go that little bit further. If we spot something small while your vehicle is with us that we can easily improve, tidy up or spruce up, we’ll do our best to take care of it.

No extra bill. No fuss. Just us wanting your vehicle to leave looking that little bit better than when it arrived
