SuperChamps Round Two brought a new challenge to Daytona Tamworth as N35-ST and DMAX classes tackled the Island layout. 🏁

Theo Laverty and Harry Fitch split the DMAX Lightweight Heat victories before reigning champion Jake Garret recovered from a difficult Heat Two to win the 15-minute Final. Leonidas Platanopoulos finished 1.808 seconds behind, with Fitch edging Reuben Potter to third by just 0.2 seconds. Keelan Arnold won the DMAX Heavyweight Final ahead of Stuart Corr, while Finlay Stewart finished only 0.242 seconds away from second.

In N35-ST, Jaysse Radu recorded a win and a second place across the Heats, while reigning Heavyweight champion James Stevenson won Heat Two on his Lightweight debut. Round Two of SuperChamps delivered close finishes and changing fortunes across SODI and DMAX at Daytona Milton Keynes 🏁

In the SODI Lightweights, Jacob Heaver-Newton won Heat One before Benjamin Barath claimed Heat Two and the Final. Josh Tiller reached the podium in all three races. Matt Friar swept both Heavyweight Heats, but Ryan Hailey denied him the clean sweep by winning the Final by just 0.2 seconds, securing round victory in the process.

Jacob Csepreghi took DMAX Lightweight victories in Heat One and the Final, defeating his brother Charlie by only 0.02 seconds at the chequered flag yet falling just short of overall round domination. Daniel Jones claimed the Heat Two win. Mckenzie Senior completed the round’s only clean sweep, winning both DMAX Heavyweight Heats and the Final.

After a massive weekend of lap record attempts at Daytona Milton Keynes, we have three new title holders 🏁

Engineering and fleet testing teams cite the new DMAX MAXXIS EVO tyre upgrade greasing the wheels of success in these dramatic changes to lap times. Try them for yourself at all upcoming championship rounds and open races this week.

Jacob Csepreghi claims the coveted DMAX Lightweight title after intense challenges from James King and George Blackmore which saw them all hold the title at separate moments in a weekend-long back and forth.

George Harris smashes the previous DMAX Heavyweight record, bringing the new time to beat down by over a second.

Jamie Ying edges the SODI Lightweight record, shaving tenths from the former leading time.
