We had an Nissan Qashqai in for lack of power and engine management light on dash. We found the DPF filter 90% blocked and a EGR fault. We removed the DPF filter to carry out a chemical clean on it. Once the DPF had passed the flow test we refitted it back onto the vehicle. We then blanked the EGR and carried out an EGR delete with a custom Stage 1 Remap. Now the Qashqai drives great with no issues and has more power and torque

Ford Transit 2.2 in for a Stage 1 Remap today. Good results on these Transits and they go very well. This is the later 100bhp model that the 2013 and on have so gains a lot more power and torque

We had a BMW X3 2.0D in for lack of power and engine management light on. Once we had plugged into the X3 we found fault codes for DPF related problems and an EGR fault. We also removed the inlet manifold as we suspected it had badly coked up with carbon. We found inlet manifold very blocked up with carbon and cleaned out. We also chemically cleaned the DPF and carried out a EGR delete and stage 1 remap. It now goes very well and has great mid range power + improved MPG
