Last weekend took the Lotus Cortina to Oulton Park for the Touring Car Rewind - North event ⏪🏁

Qualifying saw us on the front row in P2 - the hunt was on for the race!
Race one was a damp morning but that didn’t faze Ian Thompson in his machine. P2 overall and a Class win. Race two saw the same result with another class win racing across the line with a Ford Anglia. Thompson was the fastest Cortina on the grid across the whole weekend 🏆

The Caterhams take on Spa at the Summer Classic 🏁

All 7 of our cars were on it from the start. Strong qualifying across the board, bringing
every car home inside the top 12.

Stephen James secured pole position, closely followed by Christian Pittard in 3rd in Qualifying, Bruce Wilson also grabbing 3rd in class on the starting grid.

Race one delivered a 2nd in class from the father-son duo Richard and Pascal Green. With James taking 3rd in his class, while Pittard took an overall win in the
CSR. Stephen Nuttall secured 2nd.

With the sun still shining on Sunday, Race 2 brought more podium success—Nuttall
P1 and Pittard P2, with the Greens taking a triumphant class win.

A proper team effort from lights out to the flag 🏆

There’s hardly a more iconic place to race than Monaco 🇲🇨🏁

Ian Thompson did just that in the 1952 Cooper Bristol, qualifying mid-pack and 4th in
class from a 29-car grid.
After a light drizzle, the race got underway, resulting in P10 overall and 3rd in class.

It’s been busy at HQ!
The Cortina has had its Neil Brown engine installed with its freshly polished primaries.
 
The Cooper Bristol and Lola T296 were at Snetterton for a sunny shake down, before the start of the season to ensure maximum performance and reliability is achieved. Kicking off the season the right way.
The rolling road has also been making some noise with this special Renault 5 Turbo for some fine tuning before it hits the roads.
The Elva GT is in full rebuild mode. Brake discs back from BG Developments are being fitted. Custom master cylinder spacers have also been 3D printed in-house for the Chevron B26. It’s the small details that we strive for because historic racing deserves nothing less.
