Customer came in complaining of a grinding noise from their front wheel! On inspection, we found that the brake pads retaining clip was not seated correctly and had caused the caliper not to return, leading to the pads wearing down to metal. Poor running issues? Our customer sent us this videos unsure why their bike would not idle properly. We had it on the lift and stripped the carb down as suspected the idle jet was blocked. After unblocking the jet and checking the rest of the carb. Once refitted and a inline fuel filter installed. Carb was set up and another happy biker back on the road.

Customer called us with regards to fuel leaking from the carbs. We removed the carbs stripped them down and put them through our ultrasonic cleaner. Both pilot jets were blocked. After the ultrasonic clean we rebuilt the carbs and the leak had stopped. Call or message us for any repair work needed on your motorcycle or moped.
