Nice wee house sign in for blasting prior to powdercoating.

In order to prolong its life, it was also galvanised.

Some TVR exhaust manifolds and pipe in for plasma applied ceramic coating recently.

These were blasted before being coated in the performance white for maximum thermal barrier to keep the engine bay temps down. They were then coated in blue-grey as per the customers requirements.

Motorbike exhaust that was recently in, Customer didn't like that the stainless pipes were looking stained so wanted to make it black to match the frame.

Exhaust was blasted and then coated in black cerakote able to withstand 1000 deg c.

Did you know that Euro 5 and 6 DPFs can now be cleaned out here as well as car and van ones?

This means not only can the car and van ones be tackled but also HGV ones.

Get in touch if you have a DPF in need of a clean as it's still only £120 plus VAT (car/van style)

Another manifold, downpipe and turbo in for blasting and coating recently.

This one was off a golf turbo and the manifold and downpipe were blasted and then coated in the blue-grey ceramic which can withstand upto xx deg c

The turbo was blasted before being coated in the performance white ceramic coating for ultimate thermal barrier protection before being coated in blue-grey to match the other pieces.
