🌟 Entries will only be accepted via the link below.
🌟 Complete one form per rider
🌟 Entries are only secure once payment has been received.
🌟 Payment via Paypal or bank transfer * Please put the riders name as reference and send the payment as friends and family*
🌟 If you are having difficulty, please drop us a message. We are more than happy to help.
🌟 Camping is available from 4pm Friday
🌟 Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after your furry friend
🌟 Generators and music must be switched off by 10pm
🌟 Please take all rubbish home with you.
🌟 Sign on times and race day schedule will be posted in due course

❌️ Late entries and on the day entries will not be accepted.
❌️ We cannot accept entries for electric bikes.
❌️ Please do not bring electric bikes including revvi's and surons as these are not permitted at woodside on race days

LICENSE
As a club, we are affiliated by the SACU. Therefore, each rider must obtain a licence from them. We would encourage all riders to take out a yearly licence as it is cost effective. However, a day licence can be obtained for an additional cost.
Every rider must have their SACU licence with them to be checked at sign on.

MARSHALLS
All riders must provide a marshal for one of the days with the exception of auto riders.
There will be two blocks of marshalling per day. 🏁

There is sometimes volunteer marshals, you must message the page to book a volunteer before submitting your entry

🌟SATURDAY 🌟

Presentation of plaques will be held at the timing cabin after A & B last race!

Pitbikes at the ready........... our annual pitbike race will commence AFTER our presentation. This is the only time pitbikes are allowed out the vans over the weekend. There will be a youth and adult race!! now adults remember it is 'fun'!! Prize money for the winners 💰 🤑

BBQ & Drinks will follow 🍔

Bouncy Castle & Slip and slide will be out 🏰 💧

GRAB YOUR COWBOY HATS because if that isn't enough excitement, then we have the fantastic Mascot Madness Entertainment coming along with the Rodeo Bull 🐂 Let's see who can get the best time

Magic-faces will be down in the field also painting faces and balloon modeling

Now remember our medics Garry and Holly Clock off once racing is done 😝
