2” stainless system made up with 2” downpipe to mate to manifold

Standard cat welded back in for emissions

Certainly made a difference as the standard exhaust wasn’t up to much

Maybe abit over the top but customer wanted to go down the stainless route for longevity for future years

Seem to be getting worse…not ideal when there’s a abs pump and wiring looms to move out the way to gain access.

0.9 galvanised steel welded in, epoxy primed & sealed

Away to the paint shop next.

crossmember and tub supports replaced

Hours of descaling/cutting 😂🙁

Good coat of rust converter on, followed by a generous coat of anti corrosion paint

Couple more support brackets to make up once the tub is fitted in place

Ready for some waxoyl now

Definitely not a quick job 😅
