It also offers expert engineering services to designers of complex artefacts in a variety of industrial sectors, using its CAD technology in combination with FEM/FEA tools and advanced CFD-Ranse. All products commercialised by the company are based on its proprietary technology, developed in close collaboration with major industry players. The company has more than 200 customers in 28 countries. In 2014, SMAR Azure won a contract from the Land-Rover Ben Ainslie Racing team to develop the model and analytical tools for the wing-sail catamaran.
