With 41'c in the dyno yesterday it was worth holding off and finishing the mapping of this late model Daytona 675 with a 765 transplant this morning in the cooler conditions.

The machine from had its original Bazzaz fuel controller removed and then Tune ECU mapped by us for a more reliable set up.

The results were fantastic with 133bhp at the rear wheel.

Thats a 765 running 675 electronics and throttle bodies 💪

We've been seeing a ton of late model Triumph's recently in for mapping.

Models such as the 660 range and Tiger 800 benefit HUGELY from mapping and the results are fantastic.

Stock these machines have quite aggressive throttle restrictions in them that make you feel like the thing has run out of puff at wide open throttle and the fuelling is savagely lean throughout the throttle range from 0 to 50% up to a crazy 11,000 rpm!!!

This Daytona 660 came in with all these fun police restrictions in place as standard and is now leaving with a silky smooth throttle response and a 10 bhp gain in places!

Carb day! This lovely 1989 GSXR1100 is in for a bit of finishing off with suspension tuning, couple ofnnice bolt ons and a carb set up on the dyno.
