Peugeot 207sw with a coolant leak, after a pressure test it was found that the pipe joining the water pump and thermostat housing was leaking pump side, after removing it we can now see why, there is no end to the pipe holding the o ring in....the o ring and half of the snapped plastic was resting up on the water pump fins.
After a new unit its not leaking anymore.

Customers complaint was the clutch pedal was on the floor, after checking her over we found a small hole in the master cylinder.

After a new unit and bleeding her up she drives all ok now.

You can just make out the fluid being forced out of the cylinder and hitting the copex.

Hyundai I40 in for a coolant leak, after carrying out a pressure test we found out it was time for new radiator! 😀

Little Kia in for rear discs and pads.

Should brake a little better when there fully worn in.

Very common issue on fords with the rear spring seat arm corroding, this normally means it will need the camber bolts and washers as the bolts tend to become one with the bush.

This one would not move so ended up being cut off.
All better now though so on for its re test. 😀👍

Here at Jons Garage Hampshire we have seen some pretty poor ' repairs'.

This has to be one of the worst electrical repairs we have seen. Peugeot 208 with no fan speed, fuse was blown due to two large copper rods being used as 'wiring'. Lucky the thing didn't catch fire. The fuse done its job! 🧐

After sorting out this mess the customer will not melt in the lovely weather we have got coming. 😀

Volvo in for a scraping noise, quickly found out it was time for rear discs and pads.

This was caused by a common issue of corrosion building up and seizing the slider pins. After cleaning and greasing them up it moved like new. 😀
