From Snow Storm to Showroom 🌨️✨
Some say you can’t buy happiness, but you can buy motorcycles, and that’s basically the same thing.
We recently took this gorgeous Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail from a complete whiteout down at V-Twin motorcycles (part of the legendary Gasoline Ally Speedshop crew) and brought it back to its absolute prime.
The Anatomy of a Harley Transformation
The Softail Snowball:
First, we gave it a proper blanket of thick foam. For a second there, we weren't sure if we were detailing a Hog or prepping a ski slope.
The Swirl Exorcism:
As the foam cleared, the paintwork was crying out for some love. We got to work on those deep green and silver panels, chasing away the swirl marks and revealing that deep, mirror-like metallic flake.
Chrome... So Much Chrome:
We polished the brightwork until you could comfortably use the primary cover to check your teeth for bugs after a long ride.
