A BMW E46 M3 came to us recently running on its original 19 inch Style 67M wheels.

Unfortunately, the originals had reached the point where refurbishment was no longer a sensible option. Over the years they had been cut and refinished multiple times, leaving very little material to work with, alongside significant corrosion and lacquer deterioration across the polished faces ⚠️🔧

After discussing the options, the owner opted for one of the most popular E46 upgrades, a set of 19 inch Atomic CSL wheels 🏁✨ we transferred and fitted the customer's existing tyres, giving the car a fresh new look while retaining the classic CSL-inspired styling that suits the E46 M3 perfectly.

One of the biggest advantages of the painted finish is that it avoids many of the long term issues commonly associated with diamond cut and polished wheels 👌 No more worrying about lacquer peel, corrosion creeping under the finish, or the limitations that come with repeated refurbishment.

This Nissan Elgrand Japanese import came in running silver 17 inch wheels that really did not do the vehicle justice.

The customer chose a beautiful set of 18 inch Romac Diablo wheels in a black polished finish, giving the Elgrand a far more modern and premium appearance. We paired the setup with brand new Yokohama tyres, allowing for a larger tyre profile to help fill the arches properly while maintaining comfort and practicality. 👌

The end result completely changes the look of the vehicle and gives it the presence it deserves 🔥

Size really does change everything.

Side by side you can clearly see the difference between a 19 inch wheel and a 24 inch wheel. Same concept, completely different outcome in terms of presence and road stance.

The 19 inch setup keeps things more understated and closer to factory spec, with comfort and everyday drivability at the forefront. Moving up to a 24 inch setup completely transforms the look, giving the car a much stronger visual impact and a far more dominant road presence even when it is standing still.

It is a simple comparison but it shows how much wheel size alone can change the character of a car.

Fred came in with his stunning Bentley Bentayga for a set of wheels that were due a proper refresh. We carried out a full refurbishment and complete rebuild, followed by a fresh set of tyres to bring everything back to its best both visually and mechanically. 👌

He decided to go with a bold setup, choosing 24 inch Onyx custom forged wheels finished in satin black. The finish ties in perfectly with the Onyx body kit on the car and really brings the whole look together without overcomplicating it.

Of course, we’re fully equipped to handle large diameter wheels like these 24s in house, including full refurb, rebuild and tyre fitting, something not every workshop is set up to do properly. 🔧

Another rare Japanese import came in, this time a factory Alpine White BMW E60 🔥

The customer wanted a fresh new wheel setup to completely change the look of the car, and chose a set of 20 inch Ispiri ISR5 wheels in gloss black with deep concave rears.

With the car sitting static and extremely low, getting the stance right was important and this setup absolutely delivers. The gloss black finish contrasts perfectly against the Alpine White paintwork, while the deep rear concave gives the car a much more aggressive and modern presence.

A seriously clean setup with fitment right on point 👌

This BMW G30 5 Series came in running black wheels, but the customer wanted a change that would allow the tyres and overall fitment to stand out more.

They chose a set of 20 inch OEMS FS6 wheels, giving the car a cleaner and more premium look while making the whole setup appear bigger and more aggressive. We reused the customer’s existing tyres and fitted the appropriate spacers to achieve the correct fitment and fill the arches properly.

A simple change that completely transforms the stance and presence of the car 🔥

This BMW E93 came in running the original 313 style wheels in gunmetal polished finish, but over time the polished faces had started to deteriorate and the customer wanted a cleaner, lower maintenance look.

They still wanted to keep things OEM BMW, so we supplied a fully refurbished set of 19 inch Style 225M wheels in a fresh silver finish, moving away from the polished look completely. We also reused the customer’s existing tyres, making it a straightforward upgrade while giving the car a completely refreshed appearance.

The silver finish really modernises the car and brings back that clean factory BMW look🔥

Another great project completed for Combe Valley Campers 🔥

Leigh got in touch after picking up his new van and wanted something different from the usual setups. After researching the fitment, we quickly realised this was going to be a more custom job than expected.

The van runs a 5x114.3 PCD with a required 67.1 centre bore, which ruled out many of the common wheel options available for similar vans that use a 66.1 centre bore. To make things work properly, we had a set of AXE EX38 wheels custom machined specifically for the van.

Compared to a Transporter style setup, this van has far less arch clearance, meaning there was very limited room to increase tyre profile. We carried out multiple fitment tests and discussed tyre options carefully with Leigh, especially as the van is an EV and he wanted a Swamper inspired look without heavily compromising efficiency.

The final setup was 17 inch AXE EX38 wheels paired with 215/60/17 Nankang AT5 tyres, keeping close to the factory rolling radius while still achieving the rugged look he was after. We also supplied black TPMS sensors and black bolts to complete the full stealthy all black finish.
