And so another chapter of helping pupils get their "end goal" collapses due to the inadequacy of a government department.

We Instructors seem to be getting blamed once again, when in actual fact, the DVSA have struggled since Covid19 to recruit suitable driving Examiners

It seems that a lot of new Examiners actually leave the job because it's not what they expected, and the DVSA continually tries to encourage more examiners into a role which is definitely not worth the £ they are paid.

Pay the Examiners their worth, more will stay, more will join, and the waiting time will reduce.
