Marine Engineer Wanted – Join the Solent Marine Services Team

Solent Marine Services is looking for an experienced Marine Engineer to join our busy and friendly team.

The role involves working on a wide range of marine engines and systems, including:

* Diesel and petrol engines
* Marine drives and transmissions
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Engine rebuilds and general marine engineering

You’ll also be expected to assist in our busy boatyard with launching, moving, lifting, and blocking off boats as required.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previous marine engineering experience
* Can work confidently on their own and as part of a team
* Has strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
