Hi folks,
Does anyone know where I can get the metal part that joins and adjusts the handbrake - sits on top of the rear axle and has a rubber ring at either end.
Also I am looking for a rear antiroll bar if anyone has one for sale.
Cheers Bill

Hi folks,
Project Nova - for those of you who have fitted the 3MO sequential gearbox into your nova/corsa b how did overcome the problem of converting to a hydraulic clutch mechanism instead of the cable.

If you are interested in learning more about car handling and road holding there is a very good book by Jeffrey Daniels called "Car Suspension at Work" or the earlier one "Handling and Road Holding".
You need to read the book through. Don't just dive in half way through to what you might think is the interesting bit.
I bought it years ago but lent it and never saw it again, but found one on amazon. Don't buy them both as they are essentially the same book.
Cheers Bill

Hi folks,
Project Nova - the shell is nearly ready for sand blasting then a major weld up and a hockly cage.
As this is going to be very much a clubman based car I am on the look out for the cheaper options for parts.
What are the options for polycarb windows and door/panel cards for starters.
Cheers Bill

Hi folks
I was speaking to someone the other day and they were telling me about alternative lighter electric power steering than the corsa B PAS that would do for the nova, but I can't remember who it was. If you read this could you get in touch.

Hi folks
I'm a wee bit depressed today. I took my old Nova for an MOT and they failed it because the lights didn't work and it had some rust - personally I think the were being a bit harsh.

I could just crush a grape - nae rest for the wicked, we crushed thousands of the little feckers. that's the first stage of the wine for cooking and wine syrup for Rachels liqueurs.

Hi folks,
Well I got a rusty scrap car for bits. Got my bodyshell to restore. Looked at roll over jigs and didn't see anything that suited so I made one myself - very low tech but it works and will be ideal for wheeling it onto the trailer for blasting and an overall paint job.
There are some interior bits from the scrapper that could be sold on. The car was an Antibes model with red carpeting and sound deadening, cluster with rev counter, door cards with pockets, centre consul, courtesy light switches, bronze tinted windows, tailgate with spoiler etc etc. I'll make a list if there is any interest.

Hi folks,
I have put together a kit of parts to make a more complete package and complement my throttle body kits.
This is aimed at the clubman spec.
So those of you who don't like hose clips look away now.
The kit consists of -
low pressure pump
swirl pot
adaptor
hose
high pressure pump
injection filter

price £170 + postage to mainland uk only.

The reason for the adaptor piece is because the makers of the swirl pot don't seem to know that the pump inlet is 15mm.

Cheers Bill
