***** CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT****
As of the 10th June moor chambers who owns the car park at the garage have decided to put restrictions on people parking there. ANPR cameras are being put in to stop people parking there all day. There will be a 2 hour max stay which will have to be paid for, and then no return for 4 hours after that. This is something that is totally out of our control and unfortunately nothing we can do about despite multiple conversations to try and come to a solution. Unfortunately one could not be agreed
We have about 6 spaces outside the garage which we will be available for us to use, any cars parking in the car park will need to go onto the app that will be provided and paid for. When this comes into effect we would like customers to bare this in mind and try not to just leave cars dumped anywhere they can find thats not in the car park.
We are lucky in one respect that we have another site at Finchale road, the same building as J&D car sales opposite the police station on Newton Hall, next to Bede lodge working mens club.
This means that we will most probably have to split where cars are dropped off on a morning. This will be communicated with the customers when booking cars in.
This is going to be a disruption at first while we, and customers get our heads around it all.
We appreciate this isnt ideal for some customers but unfortunately it needs to be done so people dont get unwanted fines through the post.
Apologies once again but this is unfortunately out of our hands and will endeavour to keep business and our services up to our usual standards, but will take a bit of adjustments which we are currently working out.
