We provide the high quality HPC Hydraulic Levelling System at a competitive price. This system works to provide the convenience of a level and stable motorhome in less than 90 seconds, leaving you free to do anything else.

Having a level motorhome means you won’t have any more shower drainage issues, uneven cooking surfaces, and no rocking if windy or from walking around the motorhome.

It also avoids the problem of driving up ramps and sinking the driven wheels into the mud. Through this system, you can choose from four different levelling positions (level1, level2, tank drain, and stabilise), benefiting from a touch-screen control panel, as well as manual adjustments to extend and retract. You can even download a special smart phone app to control it through a touch of a button.

The HPC motorhome automatic levelling system is extremely light weight, featuring jacks made from anodised aluminium. It also features an emergency pump handle, so you can be sure never to find yourself stuck in a tricky situation with your motorhome. Manual mode in the control panel (or on the app) simplifies activities such as changing a wheel, fitting show chains, or operating the system from outside for any other reasons. For more information, simply contact a member of our team directly. We will be pleased to help you see how you can benefit from our HPC fully automatic motorhome levelling system.

🚐 AL-KO HY4 LEVELLING SYSTEM

Today we’ve had a 2025 Auto-Sleeper Broadway EB in with us for the installation of the AL-KO HY4 Hydraulic Levelling System.

The AL-KO HY4 is designed to provide outstanding stability and effortless, millimetre-accurate levelling for motorhomes up to 6 tonnes – helping to make your time on site more comfortable and convenient.

Why choose AL-KO HY4?
🔹 Automatic levelling – level your motorhome in around one minute.

🔹 Improved stability – the hydraulic steady legs provide a solid and stable living area.

🔹 Safe operation – the legs extend in pairs along the longitudinal or transverse axis to help prevent damaging forces being transferred to the vehicle's superstructure.

🔹 Individual hydraulic pumps – each support leg has its own pump and oil reservoir, allowing flexible installation and helping to preserve valuable storage space inside the motorhome.

🔹 Simple to operate – intuitive controls allow both automatic and manual levelling from the remote control in the driver's cab.

🔹 Programmable functions – two additional functions can be programmed to suit your needs, such as a preferred sleeping position or a tilt position to assist with emptying the waste-water tank.

🔹 Inclination sensor – the built-in sensor can warn you if the motorhome is too severely inclined for safe levelling.

The result? Less time spent getting set up and more time enjoying your pitch. 🏕️🚐

VB-SemiAir

VB-SemiAir enables your motorhome or campervan suspension to be adjusted manually within certain limits. On a vehicle with leaf springs, an air spring is fitted between the chassis and the rear axle, supporting the vehicle leaf springs.

SemiAir is supplied as a dual chamber system, meaning that the air springs are not connected to each other and allows for the left and right to be adjusted separately.

Benefits of VB-SemiAir include:

Higher ride height and increased spring travel
Improved stability
Reduced off-centre level
Variable spring force
Good value for money
'Plug-and-play' system allows for quick installation
The body, equipment and load remain protected against vibration/impact
Heavy loads are no longer noticeable from the outside
Less strain on the shock absorbers
