For anyone who may be wondering about there cars mot as I have received unbelievable amounts of calls today from people panicking about there cars mot and will I be closing to that question the answer is no,my garage is an mot station aswell as being on the A.A’s tow in network and approved repairers for the A.A. because of this I’m classed as a key worker and will remain open to serve the public aswell as the other trade garages in the area. (Please feel free to share this to help out friends and family)

MOT garages can remain open under the new national lockdown.

The government has issued guidance on wearing face coverings and guidance for people who work in or from vehicles, which is published on GOV.UK.
A vehicle needs to have a valid MOT if it is being used, except for the journey to a pre-booked MOT.
